Content and Task Completion	Excellent Speech content is well organized. Responses are appropriate to address each question. 2-3 minutes long	Good Spoken content is generally logical. Responses are appropriate to answer most of the the questions.	Average Spoken content is somewhat confusing in places. Responses are often not addressing the questions.	Below Average Spoken content is illogical and difficult to understand in a variety of places. Responses are mostly not addressing the questions.	Poor Poorly organized. Incomplete coverage of topic. Responses are not addressing to the questions at all. Less than 1 minute
Comprehensibility	Excellent Listener can always understand what the speaker is trying to communicate.	Good Listener can understand most of what the writer is trying to communicate.	Average Listener can understand approximately half of what writer is trying to communicate.	Below Average Very difficult to understand the majority of the content.	Poor Incomprehensible throughout.
Grammar and Accuracy	Excellent Speaker uses grammar and vocabulary correctly. 0 errors	Good Speaker usually uses grammar and vocabulary correctly. 1-2 errors	Average Speaker makes frequent mistakes with grammar and vocabulary. It does affect speaker's message 3-4 errors	Below Average Many grammar errors and vocabulary errors interfere with dialogue. 5 errors	Poor Speaker uses grammar and vocabulary incorrectly throughout. 6+ errors.
