There are many things that I have learned through school at Everett Community Collage and through my volenteer work. My service learning project that I had for my Education 101 class was very educational.  I also think that it was a very meaningful process to learn how to reflect on what you have learned, becomes the key to getting meaning from your experience is through reflection. I have done a lot of learning in my class's, and my student teaching. I have learned about the methodlogy of discipline, lesson planning, how to tell a child, what they did is good in a more productive way, not just using words like “ good job”, and I have learned, in class management, and what it really is like to be a teacher, from the teachers point of view. I also learned that each child is different, and has their own learning style, and I tried to use what I learned when working with children. I have also learned key concepts about how to become a better educator and I will continue to learn as I grow as a student and as a teacher. While I made many mistakes, I was able to learn from my mistakes, and this learning experience will impact my teaching in a positive way in the future.
