Speaking english in class	Difficult I prefer to stay silent in class so I don't have to say things in English.	Manageable I speak in English most of the time during the class.	Easy I'm always speaking English in the class, with the teachers and to my classmates.
Talking about what's going on	Difficult It's hard for me to speak about what's going on in my life or my family/friends. I don't know how to say most things in this topic.	Manageable I can talk about what's going on in my life and my friends, family etc. I have to make some pauses when I speak to think what to say next.	Easy Im OK with talking about what's going on in my life and my friends, family etc.
Using polite expressions	Difficult I always forget to use polite expressions like "thank you" when asking for favors or to get someone's attention.	Manageable Most of the time I use polite expressions when asking for favors or to get someone's attention. Sometimes I forget to use them. Giving reasons	Difficult I have problems explaining my reasons. I don't know how to express myself using "because"	Manageable I can express my reasons for wanting or not wanting to do something.	Easy I can always explain myself by using phrases with "because" that include my reasons for something.
