Performance-based task rubric: Plants (5th grade) 
Pick one of the flowering plants we have discussed in class and create a magazine article explaining the proper ways to take care of this plant and what conditions this plant thrives in. Draw a picture of this plant and design a pot to hold it for the cover of your magazine.
