Forward Roll Student can roll in a forward motion starting and ending with legs in same position	Undeveloped	Developing	Proficient	Mastery
3 Forward roll positions Student can complete 3 rolls using these leg positions pike, straddle, cross legged	Undeveloped Student can move forward but can not control leg position	Developing Student can perform 1 roll with leg positions	Proficient Student can perform 2 roll with leg positions	Mastery All 3 completed with exact leg position and control
Combination Rolls Student can combine 3 or more rolls using different leg positions and smooth transitions	Undeveloped 3 rolls with different leg positions with no transition	Developing 2 different rolls with sloppy transitions	Proficient 3 different rolls with transtions	Mastery 4 or more different rolls utilizing smooth transitions.
