Serving size/presentation	ADAPT Each dish has the proper serving size for a snack. Presentation is visible and well done.	APPLY Dish serving size could be a bit smaller. Presentation is just ok-a bit messy or unattractive.	ACQUIRE Dish serving size is poor. Presentation is sloppy.
