	Poor 10 pts	Fair 15 pts	Good 20 pts	Excellent 25 pts
Mechanics	Poor Punctuation is not used correctly. There are misspelled words. Grammar is incorrect.	Fair There are punctuation mistakes. There are several misspelled words. Grammar is okay.	Good Punctuation is used correctly. There are few misspelled words. Grammar is correct.	Excellent Grammar, spelling, and punctuation are all used correctly.
Organization	Poor There is no organization. The contents cannot be interpretted.	Fair The menu is slightly organized. The contents requires effort in order to interpret the information.	Good The menu is organized. Information is presented with little effort required to interpret information.	Excellent The menu is organized and all information is presented in a clear and precise manner.
Content	Poor The menu does not consist of healthy foods or balanced meals.	Fair The menu consists of a few healthy foods, but the majority of the foods are not healthy and meals are not balanced.	Good The menu is compsed of healthy foods, but the meals are not balanced.	Excellent The menu is composed of properly balanced meals and healthy foods.
Oral Presentation	Poor The oral presentation does not involve all group members and does not include the menu or the rationale.	Fair The oral presentation involves all group members but does not include the menu and/or its rationale.	Good The oral presentation involves all group members and discusses the menu but doesn't include the rationale.	Excellent The oral presentation involves all group members and discusses the menu and its rationale.
