Shuffle	Poor Must be reminded to figure out what a shuffle is. The step is not very clear nor concise.	Fair Remembers and demonstrates shuffle; however, it is not performed accurately.	Good Demonsrated with clear sounds and correct front to back brush-pull action.
Ball change	Poor Must be reminded of what the step is. The idea is there, but the step is not performed correctly.	Fair Step is recognized and demonstrated, but is not @ 100% accuracy.	Good Step is performed with accuracy and smoothness.
Irish	Poor Must be reminded of what the step is; however, performance is not 100% accurate.	Fair Step is recognized and demonstrated at an 80% accuracy.	Good Step is perofrmed @ 100% accuracy and smoothness.
Maxiford	Poor Must be reminded of what the step is. Accuracy of the step is 60% or less.	Fair Step is recognized and demonstrated with 80% accuracy.	Good Step is performed @ 100 % accuracy and smoothness.
Military March	Poor Step is recognized, but doesnt demonstrate a rhythmic pattern. Step is not clear.	Fair Step is recognized and performed fairly accurately. Rhythmic pattern is clear.	Good Step is performed @ 100% accuracy and Rhythmic patten is clear.
