Draw My Demonstration
Students are required to draw a picture of the demonstration performed by the instructor at the beginning of a food cooking lab. The picture should have the following details; a picture of the types of equipment, & utensils used for the demonstration, a picture of all the ingredients, and a drawn picture or written description of the mixing technique or techniques used for the demonstration. The picture needs to show the order of events in the demonstration procedure.
