The document is not as neat or clear as it could be. The graph is on the paper I was given to do this project.	Good Color is used in a meanignful way. Labels and Titles	Poor Titles and labels are inappropriate, messy, placed incorrectly or missing.	Fair Title is appropriate to the topic of the graph. ALl labels are appropriate to the sections of the graph. Title and most labels are placed appropriately on the document.	Good Title is appropriate to the topic of the graph.
