Festival Performance	Poor Student performance lacks energy or commitment.	Fair Student performance lacks engagement.	Good Student performance is profecient and engaged.	Excellent Student performance is highly engaged and compelling.
Festival Critique	Poor Critique is minimal and surface.	Fair Critique is clear but remains surface.	Good Critique is consistent, clear, and reveals critical thoughts.	Excellent Critique is engaged, consistent, and highly revelatory.
Ensemble Spirit	Poor Student is unaware of group dynamic.	Fair Student shows awareness for ensemble, but lacks the commitment to join fully.	Good Student is obviously engaged with Ensemble.
