Welding Joints

Safety	Poor Did not have safety glasses on. Did not use welding helmet? Gloves? Work boots? Laces Tied? Shirt tucked in?	Fair Had safety glasses on 25% of time. No work boots. Generally<BR> unsafe.	Good Had safety glasses on 50% of time. No work boots, laces tied, shirt tucked in.	Above Average Had safety glasses on 75% of time. Took mostly all safety precautions.	Excellent Took all necessary safety precautions. Safety glasses, welding helmet, gloves, boots.

Overall Appearance	Poor Project is sloppy. Poor welds. No consistancy.	Fair Project almost complete. Missed welds. Not very consistant.	Good Project looks good. 50% of welds are good welds.	Above Average Project looks very good on 75% of welded area.	Excellent Project very clean. Welds consistant.
