News Packages
	Poor 25 pts	Fair 50 pts	Good 75 pts	Excellent 100 pts
Introduction	Poor Introduction is missing or does not gain viewer interest	Fair Package is introduced, but does not encourage vierwer to keep watching	Good Package is introduced and has some relevence to the viewer	Excellent Introduction grabs viewer attention and creates questions in the viewer's mind about the story.
Interview	Poor Interview questions are not delivered with warmth, interviewer does not follow up on answers or shows no interest in answers	Fair Interviewer asks questions mechanically and does not acknowledge the value of the answer.	Good Questions are logical and aimed at the topic, but interviewer does not follow up on answers which may be unclear.	Excellent Interviewer asks logical questions, is enthusiatic, and asks follows up questions where appropriate; viewer is watching a conversation.
Segue/ cutaways	Poor No segues are used; cutaways are unrelated or non-existant.	Fair Segues are in proper place, but cutaways are misplaced in the video	Good Segues are in proper place, cutaways are in proper place.	Excellent Segues futher entice a viewer to keep watching; cutaways reflect excatly what is being said by the interview subject.

Good Conclusion is thorough and includes a sign off.	Excellent Conclusion is not only complete and has a sign off, it leaves the viewer wanting more.
