Conventions	Poor +7 mistakes on sp / punct / cap	Fair +5 mistakes	Good only 3-5	Outstanding 3 or less
Completion	Poor Response is not complete. It is missing elements or elements are unclear.	Fair Some components of the response are incomplete or missing.	Good Response is mostly complete but still has a missing/unclear element.	Outstanding Response is complete will all elements accounted for in a clear manner.
