Wheelchair Use and mobility

Propelling instructions	Poor Did all correct but took several attempts to remember everything that needed to be said.	Fair Did all instructions correct but took some time to remember and may have forgot to use objects in the environment.	Good Taught 10 and 2 and how to take large movements. Taught how to go straight and to turn, including using objects in the environment.
Opening doors	Poor Able to do door but took a couple of attempts.	Fair Able to do the door but was somewhat difficult.	Good Able to go in/out of door while in the wheelchair.
Using elevators/ramps/stairs/curbs	Poor Minor errors in the technique but not enought to hurt self or client.	Fair Able to demonstrate the technique but took some extra time.	Good Able to demonstrate the technique that was chosen by the instructor. Did it quickly and proficiently.
Safety precautions 2	Poor Covered all areas but not professional.	Fair Covered all areas but not done organized.	Good Included pressure sores, brakes and picking things up from the floor.
