Assessment	Needs Improvement - absent or incorrect diagnosis or assessment of patient's condition.	Meets Standard - appropriate diagnosis or assessment of patient's condition.	Exceeds Standard - diagnosis at the highest level of understanding with detailed assessment of patient's condition.
