Texture Can we sell this in the bakeshop? Y/N	Poor Dough is tough from overworking.	Fair Dough is wet,too much. buttermilk incorporated	Good Texture is more mealy than flaky.	Excellent Crisp on outside,soft and tender in the middle.
Flavor Can we sell this in the bakeshop? Y/N	Poor Off-smells and/or tastes of baking powder and/or baking soda.	Fair Not rolled out thick enough, did not rinse enough. Tastes dry.	Good No off-smells or tastes, but either under baked or over baked.	Excellent Smell and taste of buttermilk, and a little salt and sugar. No off-smells or tastes. Perfectly baked.
Appearance/Bake Can we sell this in the bakeshop? Y/N	Poor Inconsistent on every level.	Fair Fairly inconsistent in either weight/size, and/or height.	Good Pretty consistent in weight. Size/height pretty consistent as well.	Excellent Consistent in weight. No split in the middle from the cutter.
