Evidence-Based Paper/Case Study Research Paper 
You will receive a brief description of symptoms and test results of a patient. Your job is to diagnose the condition, and to write a paper that explores physiological/anatomy principles and processes of one system with some depth. Use this rubric as a guide while you prepare your paper to make sure you have thoroughly addressed all requirements. First, requirements are explained. Second, a grading rubric is provided to explain points associated with each aspect of the paper. Third, instructions for the bibliography and citations are given. Finally, a checklist is provided to help you review your paper/case study before you submit it.
