I can seldom throw a spiral and sometimes hit my target. I can receive passes at times, but often drop the ball or move away from it to avoid being hit. I can rarely pull a flag

I can throw spirals some of the time, but have some difficulty hitting my target. I can run some play patterns and receive some of the passes thrown to me. I can sometimes pull a flag
Achieving
I can throw a spiral most of the time and can hit a moving target most of the time. I can run a play pattern successfully, and receive most passes with in arms reach. I can usually pull a flag.
Exceeding
I can throw a spiral 100% of the time. I can hit any given target 100% of the time. I run play patterns successfully, and can out manuever most students in class. I can almost always pull flags.

I do at least 3 days per week of some sort of sport activity outside of school. I sometimes push myself during D.P.A to increase my level of fitness.
Exceeding
I spend at least 5 days a week for (1) hour more doing different sport activities outside of school. I enjoy being active, and always push myself during D.P.A to increase my level of fitness
