Comprehension	Poor Student unable to explain tasks being completed. Student unable to state importance of given task.	Fair Student able to complete task and explain assignment. Student lacks knowledge in one or more technical areas. Student does not use technical terms to describe assignment. Student partially able to determine solutions for conflicts that can arise during assignment.	Good Student successfully completes given tasks and is able to explain assignment using proper terminology. Student able to determine solutions for conflicts that can arise while performing given task.
Performance	Poor Student not able to perform task in given time. Student performs task in an unorganized manner resulting in poor performance. Student needs to create a plan and perform necessary readings to understand task.	Fair Student meets time limit. Task completed as per plan but some steps were not completed properly. Student demonstrates an understanding of task given.	Good Student able to perform given task in acceptable time limit. Student able to clean up and organize work area in set time. Student demonstrates thorough understanding of needed tools and safety precautions.
