Series of Paragraphs Rubric Paragraph Rubric Students will demonstrate their knowledge of a character sketch through writing a series of paragraphs utilizing the writing process of planning, organizing, writing, evaluating and revising. Organization	4 Establishes a clear and logical organization. Effective transitions are present to bridge between paragraphs.	3 Uses an identifiable organizational plan. Transitions are used to bridge paragraphs.	2 Shows some evidence of an organizational plan. Some transitions are used to bridge paragraphs.	1 Fails to organize ideas. A very limited use of transitions are used between paragraphs.	0 Contains no organization or ideas.
Word Choice	4 Exhibits varied and precise word choice. Uses many terms discussed throughout the course.	3 Exhibits appropriate word choice.
