Unacceptable All required information is missing.
AR Test 5 pts The AR test can be taken in class during silent reading and Language Arts.	Excellent Student scored 9/10 or 10/10 on AR test.	Good Student scored 8/10 or 7/10 on AR test.	Fair Student scored 6/10 or 5/10 on AR test.	Poor Student scored less than 5/10 on the AR test.	Unacceptable AR test not done.
Mechanics 5 pts	Excellent Writing and illustrations/pictures show strong final effort; no spelling or grammatical errors.	Good Written sentences are well done - may have a few spelling or verb tense errors. Illustrations/pictures look as if they may have been rushed or less than full effort given.	Fair Writing is messy with some lapses in grammar and punctuation. Illustrations are not colorful and show little detail.	Poor Messy and illustrations show little effort.
