Edit 100 %	Poor Lacks understanding of the functions in the menu bar, toolbar, and status bar. Cannot utilize menu, toolbar, and status bar without instructor assistance.	Good Utilize aspects of command features to include manual commands, icons, and shortcuts to make teacher recommended changes with assistance. Able to select text.
