	Keep Trying! 1 pts	Good Effort! 2 pts	You've Got The Hang Of It! 3 pts	You Are On Your Way! 4 pts
Scientific Method	Keep Trying! The Scientific Method is missing five or more parts.	Good Effort! The Scientific Method is missing 2-4 parts.	You've Got The Hang Of It! The Scientific Method is missing one part.	You Are On Your Way! The Scientifc Method is followed exactly.
Visual Display	Keep Trying! The display is extremely unorganized and messy.	Good Effort! The display is slightly unorganized and/or messy.	You've Got The Hang Of It! The display is neat but hand written.	You Are On Your Way! The display is excellent. It's typed and organized.
Spelling (Display)	Keep Trying! There are 10 or more spelling errors on the display.	Good Effort! There are 5-9 spelling errors on the display.	You've Got The Hang Of It! There are 2-8 spelling errors on the display.	You Are On Your Way! There is no more than one spelling error.
Components	Keep Trying! The Science experiment doesn't make sense or is hard to follow. There is not sufficient data and/or the information is not understandable.	Good Effort! The Science experiment is confusing.	You've Got The Hang Of It! The Science experiment makes sense, but there are a few areas where the method doesn't make sense.	You Are On Your Way! Excellent experiment. The method is followed exactly and it's understandable.
Presentation	Keep Trying! The presentation of the experiment was confusing. The student didn't really understand the purpose.	Good Effort! The child can partially explain the experiment. The explaination doesn't fit the purpose.	You've Got The Hang Of It! The student can explain the experiment, but the explaination doesn't EXACTLY fit with the purpose.	You Are On Your Way! The student can explain the experiment and the explaination fits with the purpose of the experiment.
Written Report	Keep Trying! There is not a written report.	Good Effort! There is a written report, but it's not very comprehensive.	You've Got The Hang Of It! The written report is very good and comprehensive.	You Are On Your Way! The written report is excellent.
Grammar	Keep Trying! There are significant grammatical errors.	Good Effort! There are several grammatical errors.	You've Got The Hang Of It! There are a few grammatical errors.	You Are On Your Way! There are no grammatical errors.
Spelling (Report)	Keep Trying! There are 10 or more spelling errors in the report.	Good Effort! There are 5-9 spelling errors in the report.	You've Got The Hang Of It! There are2-8 spelling errors in the report.	You Are On Your Way! There is no more than one spelling error.
