Poem Style 15 pts Line 1 - title/noun. Line 2 - two words that describe the first word. Line 3 - expresses action: 3 ing verbs Line 4 - four words that convey a feeling or statement about the title Line 5 - a synonym for the title.	Unacceptable Poem has the correct number of lines, but does not follow the directions or structure for the cinquain.	Fair Some of your poem demonstrates correct word usage, but some of it is not following the proper structure.	Excellent Your poem demonstrates correct words, and you show clear understanding of the structure of a Cinquain.
Spelling / Grammar 5 pts	Unacceptable Your poem has many spelling and grammar mistakes. You have made no effort to correct obvious mistakes. (1 pt)	Fair Your poem has several errors in grammar and spelling which makes it difficult to understand. (3 pts)	Excellent Your poem has no errors in spelling and/or grammar. Poem is clearly understood. (5 pts)
