Ms. Leinbaugh's Math Video Project Ms. Leinbaugh's Math Video Project Videos should be submitted in an accessible format - videos that cannot be viewed will not be counted. Math Video Project
	Excellent 20 pts	Good 15 pts	Fair 10 pts	Poor 5 pts
Mathematical Concept	Excellent Concept was effectively communicated in lyrics and video: the audience can learn things that are of real educational value. In depth knowledge of topic is shown. The message is clear, strong and complete.	Good Concept mainly communicated effectively: audience may get confused by 1 or 2 ideas in video. Some knowledge of topic is shown. Essential information is communicated.	Fair The audience learns a limited amount from video. Ideas are confusing. Limited knowledge of the topic is shown. The message is vaguely communicated.	Poor The audience does not learn from the video. Concepts covered are too confusing. Little or no knowledge of the topic is shown. The message is unclear.
Music Video and Audio	Excellent Video is organized and has good audio so that it clearly and effectively assists in communicating the concept. Ideas are communicated with enthusiasm, proper voice projection, appropriate language and clear delivery.	Good The video is clear and has decent organization but may only partially assist in communicating the concept. Ideas are communicated with proper voice projection, adequate preparation and delivery.	Fair The video is unorganized or inconsistent (too loud/ too soft/ garbled) and insufficiently communicates the concept. Ideas are communicated with weak voice projection and/or lack of preparation.	Poor Video and audio are inconsistent. There is poor video quality and voice projection, making it difficult to communicate ideas.
Originality and Creativity	Excellent Project shows a large amount of original thought. Ideas are creative and inventive.	Good Product shows some original thought. Work shows new ideas and some creativity.	Fair Project looks like a video seen in class except with a different lyrics or background song. There is little evidence of original thinking and creativity.	Poor Project looks exactly the same as ones seen in class including same lyrics. There is no evidence of originality or creativity.
