The student designs a clear strategy for attaining his or her goals by discussing a personal growth plan.
Proficient
The student designs an unclear strategy for attaining his or her goals. The personal growth plan does not provide a clear progression for growth.
Unsatisfactory
The student fails to develop a strategy for attaining his or her goal.
Realistic
Distinguished
The Smart Goal is relevant and well thought out. The goal is centered around one of the Fitness Test.
Proficient
The goal present is SMART however it is not realistic or the goal is not centered around one of the Fitness Test.
Unsatisfactory
Very little thought was given to the SMART goal. Student skimmed the surface and was not aware of weakness
Timely
Distinguished
The student gives an exact date or time that they will complete their goal.
Proficient
The student gives a general time frame or the student does not give enough time to reach their goal.
Unsatisfactory
No time frame or date is given at all.
