Needs Improvement Is only slightly related to the topic and purpose. There are too many topics being written about and not enough focus on one element.
Organization	Excellent Has a logical structure that flows naturally with a distinct beginning, middle, and end.Has complete sentences.	Average Has a logical order with an apparent beginning, middle, and end, although some lapses may occur.Has mostly complete sentences.	Below Average Shows an attempt at organizing around a beginning, middle, and end, but contains gaps that confuse the reader.Has some errors in sentence structure that distract the reader. Balancing show & tell	Excellent A balance of show and tell was in the writing and a good visual image was created for the reader.
