Tactical Approach to Games Cooperative Games Students will be organized in groups of 3. Each teammate will work individually to devise a tactical offensive strategy for a 3v3 game of basketball. Offense Strategy Skills Pic and Roll, Screen Away, Give and Go, Backscreen	Excellent Description of strategy is excellent, with at least 3 offensive skills utilized. Each teammate has a clearly defined task.	Very Good Description of strategy is very good, with at least 3 offensive skills utilized. Each teammate has a task to perform, but task is not clearly defined.	Adequate Description of strategy is adequate, with at least 2 offensive stills utilized. Teammates are able to participate, but tasks are not clearly defined.	Limited Description of strategy is limited, with less than 2 offensive skills utilized. Teammates are not able to participate due to lack of roll definition.
Rationale for Strategy	Excellent At least 3 strengths of each teammate are given. Choice of offensive strategy and teammate rolls utilize listed strengths.	Very Good At least 3 strengths of each teammate are given. Choice of offensive strategy and teammate rolls utilize 2 listed strengths.	Adequate At least 2 strengths of each teammate are given. Choice of offensive strategy and teammate rolls utilize 1 listed strength.	Limited At least 1 strength of each teammate is given. Choice of offensive strategy and teammate rolls do not utilize listed strength.
Communication	Excellent Communication cues are consistent, defined and practical for each offensive skill utilized.	Very Good Communication cues are consistent and defined but not practical for each offensive skill utilized.	Adequate Communication cues are loosely defined and borderline practical for each offensive skill utilized.	Limited Communication cues are not clearly defined and are not practical for each offensive skill utilized.
Written Presentation	Excellent Three clear and concise paragraphs are written addressing the areas of Strategy, Rationale for Strategy and Communication.	Very Good Three paragraphs are written addressing the areas of Strategy, Rationale for Strategy and Communication, but writing is unclear/disjointed in 1 of three paragraphs.	Adequate Three paragraphs are written addressing the areas of Strategy, Rationale for Strategy and Communication, but writing is unclear/disjointed in 2 of 3 paragraphs.	Limited Three paragraphs are written addressing the areas of Strategy, Rationale for Strategy and Communication, but writing is unclear/disjointed in 3 of 3 paragraphs.
