Research and citation	Exceptional -- Effective strategies are used to provide at least 3 outside sources. --Sources are cited properly	Good --At least 2 sources are included. --Attempt made to cite sources	Fair --Some attempts at using an outside source evident. --Sources may not be used effectively or cited.
