Interpretation/sensory detail

Writing showed little evidence of mastery of the assignment. The writing did not identify what was happening in the photo. Only 1 sense was evoked through the writing.

Writing sample showed partial mastery of the assignment. The writing identified the subject of the photo and 2- 3 senses were evoked.
Good
Writing clearly defined what was happening in the photo and 3-4 senses were evoked skillfully and with ease.

Several rrors in MLA format or MLA heading, may not be typed or may not include a heading. No title.
Fair
May have a title but it is not creative. Some minor errors in MLA format/heading.
Good
Typed, 12 font, TN Roman, double spaced, creative title is present. Correct MLA heading is included.
