Approaching Standard Student does some research, provides the author's background and some information about literature from the author's literary period.	Meeting Standard Student does research on an author, explains the author's life in detail and provides some information about literature from the author's lifetime.	Exceeding Standard Student does research on the author and explains the author's life in detail. The student also identifies pieces of literature the author could have possibly read based on their research.
