Participation Students should be able to work together and use time efficiently!	Poor Students didn't stay on task. Wasted a lot of time.	Fair Students worked together but had distractions which caused time to be wasted.	Good Students worked well together with few distractions and utilized most of their time.	Excellent Students worked together with no distractions and used time efficiently.
Understanding Students should be able to show that they understand what they have learned.	Poor Students showed no understanding of material.	Fair Students understood little of the material that they studied.	Good Students grasped most of the material that they studied.	Excellent Students showed complete understanding of what they learned.
Visuals Students should have put forth effort in using props and being in character.	Poor The students showed no effort in using props of any kind or staying in character.	Fair Students used one prop and stayed in character some of the time.	Good Students had an overall good use of props for their performance and mostly stayed in character.	Excellent Students put full effort into getting into character for their presentation and completely integrated props into their skit.
Organization Students should have all materials and be ready to perform.	Poor Students asked for more time.	Fair Students did not have most of the materials that they needed in order to perform their skit.	Good Students had materials but took a few minutes to get everything together.	Excellent Students had all materials and were ready to present their skit.
Preparation Students should be able to say their parts without flaws.	Poor Students didn't know their parts.	Fair Students were confused in some of their lines.	Good Students forgot a few lines.	Excellent Students went through skit with no flaws.
Content Students must include the required content expressed on the test in their skit.	Poor Students did not put the required content into their skits.	Fair Students had little of the required content in their skit.	Good Students had most of the required content in their skit.	Excellent Students had all of the required content in their skit.
Overall Effort Student must show that they put effort into this skit. It is worth 30 points of a test grade!!!	Poor Poor performance and organization. Skit showed a general lack of effort. Students did not take this project seriously.	Fair Students showed a fair level of effort in their skit. The organization and performance was fair.	Good Students showed a good level of effort in their skit. The organization and performance was good.	Excellent Students showed an excellent level of effort in their skit. The organization and performance was great!!
