Holiday Advertising 
Your groups will be responsible for the entire production of a television commercial selling Crazy Christmas products. The work is to be completed both in class and at home, so choose a group you can work with. The work is to be EVENLY divided among group members. Daily grades will be given for participation.

Must be in colour, on any size paper 8.5" x 11" min. Print ad must include ad techniques, slogan, logo and images.

Print advertisement is present, 4 or more advertising techniques are used in the print advertisement, and the advertisement is outstanding in creativity and originality.

Print advertisement is present, 3-4 advertising techniques are used in the advertisement and the print advertisement helps to enhance the presentation.

TV commercial meets the min. 30 seconds and includes full group participation and advertises product.

TV commercial meets 1 minute requirement, includes full product description, creative idea and presentation/product pitch.
Students present the commercial using appropriate voice and diction techniques and in a spirited and professional manner. It is apparent that a lot of preparation and practice went into the presentation.

Good

TV commercial does not meet 1 minute requirement, or does not include description of product, a fully developed idea and product pitch. Students present the commercial using mostly appropriate voice and diction and in a mostly spirited and professional manner. It is apparent that preparation and practice went into the presentation.

TV commercial is under 1 minute AND irrelevant to product. The advertisement lacks seriousness.
Students present the commercial using minimal voice and diction and in a somewhat unprofessional manner. It is apparent that some to minimal preparation and practice went into the presentation.

Commercial is less than 30 seconds, or appears to be rushed and have no thought behind it.
