Solar System Science 8th Grade
	Poor Student did not paricapate 25 pts	Fair Only did the work they were interested in 30 pts	Good Student did all activities and created the assessment with pictures. 33 pts
Particaption 50 % Student is alert looking at the materials being presented.	Poor Student would not attend to the video, and did attend to the classroom activities.	Fair Student attended to the video, but was very distracted. Only particapated in activities that interested them.	Good Student watched the video, particapated in all activities, and was able to show understanding of the solar system, by answering questions using pictures of planets.
Use of Technology 30 % Proper use of the computer, headphones, and websites.	Poor Student kept taking off headphones and changing websites. Student could not answer any questions about the solar system.	Fair Student sat at computer but wanted somone else to find website, played with headphones instead of listening to information put before them.	Good Sat an t computer, found website, placed headphones on and watched and listened to the lesson.
Behavior 20 % Willingness to follow directions, keeping quiet while in class.	Poor Student was disruptve and would not do anything thing the teacher asked, and kept leaving seat.	Fair Student did his work, but not to the best of their ability, stayed in seat but was wiggly and not paying attention.	Good Stayed in seat, worked to the best of their ability, was able to recreate the solar system with pictures.
