Group cooperation	Poor Group does not finish the project in the allotted time due to internal disagreements and disharmony. Members do not work together well. Teacher must redirect the group tostay on track.	Fair The group finishes the project in time with any disputes being settled by the group with little or no redirection by the teacher. They are ready to present on time.	Good Group settles disagreements satisfactorily and needs no intervention or redirection from the teacher. They are organized and ready to present on time.
Organization	Poor Group did not follow the format of the Declaration of Independence. (fewer than 5 grievances)	Fair Group followed the format, but is lacking in one area. (fewer than 10 grievances)	Good Group followed format and was appropriately detailed. (at least 10 grievances)
