	Poor Needs Improvement 1 pts	Okay Below Grade Level 2 pts	Average At Grade Level 3 pts	Awesome! Above Standards! 4 pts
Organization Student is expected to have an all materials secured, , and no excessive doodles.	Poor Work has little order, confusing, pages missing or falling out.	Okay Work is a little confusing, Papers are falling out	Average Work is organized, a few pages are loose.	Awesome! Work is very organized, pages are attached securely.
Completeness of Notes This has all the class notes. They are to be neat and organized.	Poor Notes are partially done, but five or more are incomplete. Book log is incomplete.	Okay Notes are mostly done, but three or four are incomplete. Book log needs a lot of updating.	Average Most of the notes are complete, but one or two are incomplete. Book log is missing books.	Awesome! Notes are clear, focused and complete. Anyone could use as a study guide. Book log is up to date.
Color and Neatness	Poor Little use of highlighting or color. Handwriting is very poor. Very messy!	Okay Little use of highlighting or color. Handwriting is poor. Effort Students are expected to take full notes as demonstrated in class. Students should color, highlight, underline, or somehow enhance to emphasize key points for understanding.	Poor Student put little effort into their IMN. Enhancements rarely included and few details meet minimum expectations.	Okay Student put some effort into their IMN. Meets minimum expectations.	Average Student put effort into their IMN. Most details go beyond minimum expectations.	Awesome! Student put exceptional effort into their IMN. Goes beyond expectations.
