Head up	1 Student looks down at the basketball 6 or more times.	2 Student looks down at the basketball 3-5 times.	3 Student looks down at the basketball 1-2 times.	4 Student never looks down down at the basketball.
Keep dribble at/below waist	1 Student lets a ball go above their waist 6 or more times.	2 Student lets a ball go above their waist 3-5 times.	3 Student lets a ball go above their waist 1-2 times.	4 Student never lets a ball go above their waist.
