underhand pass (bump)	Below proficient hands were apart, body in upright position, lift, no control of ball	Proficient weight on heels sometimes, elbows were sometimes bent, ball was playable for teammates, some control of ball	Above proficient body in ready stance, weight on balls of feet, knees bent, called mine, hands together, ball went towards target, control of the ball
overhand pass (set)	Below proficient hands were apart, body not in "ready" position, lift, no control of ball	Proficient made a triangle, hit ball off of palms sometimes (not fingers), some control of ball	Above proficient body in ready position, made a triangle for hands, called mine, weight on balls of feet, good follow through, control of ball to target
