	Excellent 10 pts	Good 8 pts	Fair 6 pts	Poor 4 pts
Planning/preparation	Excellent Comes to class with all the necessary equipment to work on the project all of the time. (including pattern, yarn, tools and ideas)	Good Comes to most classes with all of the necessary equipment. OR Comes to class but missing incidental items.	Fair Regularly comes to class without all of the necessary equipment.	Poor Usually does not come to class prepared with all of the necessary equipment.
Creativity/Stitch patterns Enter description	Excellent Uses 4 or more different stitch patterns. OR Uses 3 or more different stitch patterns and colourwork.	Good Uses 3 different stitch patterns. OR Uses 2 different stitch patterns and colourwork.	Fair Uses 2 different stitch patterns. OR Uses different stitch patterns and colourwork.	Poor Uses only one stitch pattern and only one colour throughout.
Appearance Enter description	Excellent Stitches are finished. No loose yarn/threads. Project looks complete and professional.	Good Most of the stitches are tidy. No loose yarn/threads. Project looks tidy clean.	Fair Some missed stitches and loose yarn/threads. Project looks tidy.	Poor Stitches missed and yarn ends have not been left loose. Project does not look finished.
Patttern reading	Excellent Reading a complex pattern requiring multiple stitch types or increase/decrease of stitches.	Good	Fair	Poor
