Cold War News Wiki 
You have been asked by your local news paper to work in a talented group of 3 to create a wiki for their past content. They would like you to create a blog pertaining to the Cold War. What they would like is an informative attractive site, with pictures, videos, and maybe some music too. For any videos or music, they would like you to be sure to describe what the video/music is about, and why it was selected. They would like you to cover the period from 1945 to the fall of communism in 1990. They will include a rubric for you to follow, so they know how to properly reward you for your efforts! Now you will be rewarded according to your participation with your group. Wiki's are wonderful programs where the site moderator (your teacher) can check who contributed what. Be sure to use your own user name to enter any content, this way your participation can be checked. Also be sure to remember to site all your sources!

Cold War Origen and Ending

Site does not adequately explain the origins, and ending of the Cold War, economic and/or political systems of the U.S. and U.S.S.R are left out.

Site describes the origins, and ending of the Cold War describing the difference between capitalism, and communism. The website also distinguishes between democracy and dictatorships and how communist countries tended toward dictatorships.
Leading the Way

The site either lacks information on how and why America helped rebuild Europe Japan, and the construction of the United Nations or presents innaccurate information.
