	Poor 1 pts	Fair 3 pts	Great 5 pts
Format 1 pts # of questions, use of pictures and vocabulary,	Poor Student has an inadequate number or type of questions. There is no use of pictures, little vocabulary in project.	Fair Test has at least 10 questions from a variety of areas of the presentation. Questions are clear and well written, there is some use of pictures, and proper vocabulary.	Great Test has 10 questions, 5 multiple choice and 5 short answer or essay. Questions contain pictures, and/or use of proper vocabulary in several areas.
Test Questions 1 pts Enter description	Poor Questions do not relate to presentation given.	Fair Most questions are well written and have a clear relation to presentation.	Great All questions clear & relate to all parts of presentation. Each part of presentation is covered.
Level of questions 1 pts Enter description	Poor Question on test do not provide a variety of thinking levels, and most are lower levels of thinking or too easy for your lesson.	Fair Some variety in thinking levels and several higher levels of thinking.	Great Students have to think to answer all questions, are not too easy.
Spelling, grammar, and clarity 1 pts	Poor Misspelled questions, grammatical errors, and/or unclear questions. Students do not know what they are expected to do from the question.	Fair Some misspelled questions, 1-2 grammatical errors, questions mostly clear.	Great no misspellings or grammar errors. Students know exactly what they are supposed to do to answer the question.
