Lab Report & Analysis	not done Required work has not been done	Poor Report is mostly not done, may be unable to understand, has errors.	Fair Report is hastily done, student did not follow directions, and is incomplete. Answers are given in sentence fragments and/or contain multiple mis-spellings and grammar errors.	Good Report is mostly complete and neat, but minor details are missing. All Analysis/Conclusion questions have been attempted, but sentences are not complete or contain more than one spelling or grammar error.	Excellent Report is clear and includes answers to ALL questions, written in complete sentences. Sentences may contain 1 spelling or grammar error.
Performance	not done Absent/unexcused when lab is done	Poor Student attempts to do lab without reading or following directions, disregards safety, does not clean up.
