Literature Soundtrack Literature Soundtrack Students will create a soundtrack as a final literature project for A Day No Pigs Would Die. They will choose 5-6 songs and write an explanation of why each song was chosen and how it relates to the sections of the story. Summary	Poor Student wrote a complete summary of 1-2 sections.	Fair Student wrote a complete summary of 3 sections.	Good Student wrote a complete summary of 4 sections.	Excellent Student wrote a summary for 5 or more sections. Summaries included the main events and characters.
Song/Content	Poor Student does not have a grasp of the content. The explanations of the song choices do not show a relationship to the stories chosen. Lyrics or mood did not relate or were missing.	Fair Student is uncomfortable with the content. Student chose songs that related to the stories but was unable to explain how. Lyrics or mood were provided but not explained.	Good Student is at ease with the content, but failed to elaborate on how the song choices relate to the stories. Lyrics or mood were explained with very little detail. More details, please!	Excellent Student demonstrates full knowledge and was able to support all song choices with well developed explanations that relate to the stories.
