Dress (PE Strip) 25 %	Excellent Excellent/Grade A Comes to class prepared wearing full gym attire and sneakers. No unprepareds during the cycle.	Good Good B Comes to class wearing full gym attire and sneakers. No more than 1 unprepared during the cycle.	Fair Fair C+/C Comes to class wearing full gym attire and sneakers on an inconsistant basis. No more than 2 unprepareds for the cycle.	Poor Poor/Grade C- Comes to class wearing sneakers- however gym attire is inconsistant. No more than 3 unprepareds for the cycle.	Unsatisfactory Unsatisfactory/Grade Incomplete No P.E. Shirt/Pants/Shorts No Tennis shoes Students did not dress for P.E class
Level of Engagement 25 %	Excellent Excellent/Grade A Student always participates and is totally engaged. Always on task and never needs reminding about anything.	Good Good/Grade B Student always participates and is totally engaged. Always on task and never needs reminding about anything.	Fair Fair/Grade C+/C Student needs to be reminded to participate more than a couple of times and to remain on task. Student has one time left the gym without permission.	Poor Poor/Grade C- Student constantly needs reminding to participate and remain on task during a physical activity. Student more than once has left the gym without permission.	Unsatisfactory Unsatisfactory/Grade Incomplete Student chooses not to participate or remain on task in physical. Student has left the gym at least 3 times without permission.
Attendance and punctuality 50 %	Excellent Excellent/Grade A Student is always on time and does not have any unexcused absences in the marking period.	Good Good/Grade B Student has one or more excused absences or excused tardiness in the marking period.	Fair Fair/Grade C+/C Student has 1-2 unexcused tardiness or absences in the marking period.	Poor Poor/Grade C- Student has 3-4 times unexcused tardiness or absences in the marking period.	Unsatisfactory Unsatisfactory/Grade Incomplete Student is late everyday to class unexcused or absent in the marking period.
