Torn Tissue Collage 60x2 points
You will be creating a design that shows depth through the use of overlapping layers of torn colored tissue paper. Light colors need to be applied first. This will take some planning on your part. Remember that primary colors blend to create secondary colors. Do not worry about wrinkles or bleeding that can be created when applying the tissue paper.
