Article Content	Working Towards Expectation Not all group members provide articles. Some or all articles do not follow writing techniques appropriate to their genre.	Meets Expectation Four articles are included (News, Sports, Editorial, Feature). Each article follows writing techniques appropriate to its genre.	Exceeds Expectation All four article types are included, and it is immediately apparent to readers which article is which type (News, Feature, Sports, Editorial). The articles are well-written, timely, and thoughtful.
Audience Appeal	Working Towards Expectation Not all of the content is relevant to the LSM school community. The publication lacks organization and is not atheistically appealing. There are fewer than the 4 required photographs that may also be unoriginal.	Meets Expectation The articles are relevant to LSM school community. The publication is organized, neat, and eye-catching. Four unique photographs (with photo captions) are included.	Exceeds Expectation The articles and photographs are relevant to the LSM school community. The publication is thoughtfully organized, neat, and very aesthetically pleasing. Four unique photographs (with photo captions) draw readers into the publication. A dominant photo is used on the front page.
