Ratio and Proportion Enlargement Project Choose an object, calculate dimensions, surface area, and volume. Choose to blow it up 3, 4, or 5 times larger. Find the dimension, surface area and volume of the new object. Build the new, larger object with correct dimensions, color and designs as original. Sketch and label object.	Poor Drawings are done without use of a ruler. Nets and dimensions are difficult to understand. Many eraser marks.	Fair Drawings are done with a ruler. Dimensions are accurate but not neatly recorded. Some eraser marks.	Good Sketches are clear and neat. Dimensions are labeled clearly and there are no or few eraser marks.
Find Ratios of sides	Poor Ratios are not calculated.	Fair Some ratios of sides are included but not all.	Good All ratios are included and calculated correctly for both regular and large object.
Calculate Surface Area and Volume	Poor The surface are and volume of both objects are not accurate.	Fair Formulas are written but calculations are not accurate.	Good Formulas are written and all calculations are accurate.
Build Larger Object	Poor Object does not reflect the shape and design of the original.	Fair Object has the correct dimensions but not accurate drawing. OR - It is an accurate drawing but has incorrect dimensions.	Good Dimensions are correct and the object is an accurate model.
