Book is VERY WELL MADE- corrrectly made: spine sewn neatly with correctly placed/equally spaced holes, pages folded equally, apears well cared for.
Fair
Book is together, but not carefully made: spine sewing is sloppy, holes are not centered or are not equally placed, pages are folded unevenly, apears student was ambivilant the book.
Poor
Book is falling apart or is not put together correctly: spine either not sewn or sewn very unevenly, pages ripped, dirty, or very uneven, student could not have cared less for the book.

Poor
Project was not completed, OR was completed but with many disruptions, negative attitude and comments; OR student was disrespectful of materials, the teacher, or other students; OR student worked for less than 1/2 of each class.
