Backhand Throwing

Student consistently displays correct usage of the pump fake & the pivot foot & also steps with the same foot as their throwing hand to make the throw. Correct technique & control of the frisbee are evidenced consistently the proper flight(flat & smooth) & accuracy of the frisbee.

Student struggles to accurately throw the frisbee to target, disc often flies wobbly & angular with frequency. Footwork is often uncoordinated & erradic.

Student is rarely able to accurately throw the frisbee, which flies wobbly & angular with frequency. Footwork is uncoordinated & erradic.

Student is consistently able to catch the frisbee with one or two hands.
Student consistently moves towards the frisbee while it is in flight.

Student is consistently able to catch the frisbee with two hands and occasionally with one.

Student is occasionally able to catch the frisbee, but shows little or no fear and a genuine attempt to catch it.
Unsastisfactory
Student often does not makes attempts to adjust hands, body or spacing while frisbee is in flight in an attempt to catch it.
